Therapy

At BH Psychological Services, we do not believe that a “one size fits all” approach to treatment is most effective. Counseling
Couples counseling focuses on improving communication and resolving conflicts, helping partners navigate relationship challenges and strengthen their emotional bonds.
Our providers incorporate aspects of various treatment modalities (Gottman, Imago, EFT) to tailor their support to meet the unique needs of the couple.

– Initial Consultation (60-90 min) — $180
– Partner Intakes (60-90 min) — $175
– Couples Counseling Sessions (45-50 min) — $150
Assessment
We offer psychological assessment services to adolescents and adults, providing in-depth evaluations of one’s mental health (diagnoses), strengths, and areas of growth to tailor treatment plans and recommendations, support personal understanding and growth, and inform pertinent parties (ex. IEP Coordinators, PCPs, and other providers).
Every comprehensive psychoeducational evaluation includes an intake interview (90 minutes), one-to-two sessions for test administration (~4 hours each), and a feedback session to review and explain our findings (60 minutes). You will also receive a comprehensive psychological report within six weeks of your final assessment session that you may distribute as you see fit.
