My Approach to Therapy: I adopt an integrative approach to treatment by pulling from various theoretical orientations to tailor care to your unique needs. At my core, I adopt a client-centered approach focused on fostering self-understanding, growth, and personal fulfillment in a non-judgmental environment that emphasizes the importance of the therapist-client relationship. My eclectic treatment approach draws from psychodynamic, relational-cultural, ACT, and CBT frameworks to meet my clients’ needs as comprehensively as possible. The integration of these insight-oriented, relational, and evidence-based approaches supports meaningful change and allows for the delivery of individually tailored care and support that promotes deep self-understanding, utilizes the healing power of authentic connection, encourages the acceptance of internal experiences, and aids in the development of practical tools to address unhelpful patterns in thoughts, behaviors, and relationships.
