I am a developmental neuropsychologist currently in the process of completing requirements for licensure in the state of Georgia. I am a long-time Atlanta resident; I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Neuropsychology and Behavioral Neuroscience from Georgia State University and completed my pre-doctoral internship at Emory University’s Center for Rehabilitation Medicine.

My research interests have included the use of functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) technology to examine normal children’s development as well as the neural correlates of developmental disabilities such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). My clinical interests include the neuropsychological assessment of children and adolescents with developmental learning disabilities or acquired brain-injury. Although the measures used for assessment with these differing populations are often the same, each comprehensive evaluation is tailored to best address the reason for referral. I also see a small number of children and adolescents for individual psychotherapy. Issues include anxiety and depression as well as help with navigating the many challenges of adolescence and young adulthood.
