			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Dr. Anne Winsor</strong> is a post-doctoral fellow.  Her practice emphases include:</p>

<p>Dr. Winsor completed dual Bachelor Degrees in Psychology and Education at the College of Charleston, and earned a Master’s Degree in Developmental Psychology from Cornell  University.  She completed her doctoral degree in School and Educational Psychology at the University of Georgia with a major emphasis on child clinical assessment and minor areas in consultation and the education/assessment of gifted students.</p>
<p>Before private practice, Dr. Winsor taught public school as a state-certified master teacher, provided support services to Navy Family Services (VA), worked as a school psychology intern for Gwinnett County Public Schools, provided consultation to Athens-Clarke County School teachers, and was an instructor of graduate assessment courses for the University of Georgia. She served as Director of the A.C.T. Early Project,  a longitudinal research project supported by federal grants that examined complex and compelling relationships between child behavioral and social emotional characteristics and academic achievement and general school adaptation.  Dr. Winsor is a member of the American Psychological Association, the National Association of School Psychologists, and the Georgia branch of the International Dyslexia Association. Dr. Winsor is the author of several scholarly articles and has presented at national, state, and local professional conferences.</p>
